The Carriage Works Building

Originally built in the 1880s as the home of the Janesville Carriage Works, incorporated in 1893 after starting as Hodge and Buchholz in 1876. This three-story landmark at the corner of Milwaukee Street and Parker Drive sat at the center of Janesville's industrial history for over a century.

The Kennedys revitalized the Carriage Works, preserving its historic brick facade and architectural character while modernizing the interior for professional office space. The building now houses a mix of tenants and stands as an example of how Fist Bump Labs approaches real estate: respect what's there, invest in what it can become, and build something that lasts.
